Men’s Discussion Group – Men meet weekly over coffee and cake to discuss current events and other topics of interest to the group.
Friday @ 10:30am – 12:00pm
Reflections – A support group for women who come together for the purpose of expressing friendship, support and care for one another. Facilitated by a trained moderator.
Tuesdays, 1:00-2:15pm
Dementia Support Group for Family and Caregivers is – Facilitated by a trained moderator, this group provides a forum for discussion, support and information for those who care for people with memory loss.
Second Monday of the month @ 10:30am – 12:00pm
The Connections support group focuses on reducing isolation and cultivating connection. The group provides psychoeducation and discussion around topics including dealing with loneliness, stress management, communication skills, anxiety/depression and coping skills.

Nifty Knitters – a group of knitters who meet once a week to make items like hats, baby blankets, lap blankets, and bed spreads for donation to local organizations that help newborns, chemo patients, and veterans, among others. The group holds luncheons and birthday celebrations. No sign-up is required – just come. If your knitting skills are rusty, or you would like to learn, members of the group are happy to teach you. Knitting supplies are also available.
