Recreation and Fitness
Various recreational and fitness programs are offered to help people stay active and healthy. These include pickleball, table tennis, gentle and intermediate exercise, yoga, tai chi, and line dancing. Our instructors work with all levels of fitness and ability.
Seminars on Healthy Aging
Informative presentations are offered throughout the year to educate people about different aspects of their health. Topics have included the power of positivity, good nutrition, fall prevention, minimizing bone loss, recognizing hearing loss, and ways to maintain a healthy heart.
Health Screenings
Free blood pressure screenings are offered once a month. Other types of screenings, such as balance and hearing, are conducted periodically.
